Agba’s professional career took off in the mid-1980s when he worked for Pegasus Industries and Super Engineering. His exceptional performance caught the attention of the Gulf Oil Company, which later transformed into Chevron Nigeria Limited. Agba’s expertise in shipping led to his secondment to Chevron Oil Corporation in Houston in 1996. He displayed brilliance, inventiveness, and charisma, earning accolades from his colleagues. In 2006, Agba was once again called upon to run a massive logistic chain at Chevroil Tengiz in Kazakhstan, where he led a team of over 1600 people.
