In a significant move for the local administration, Kumini Sheriff Otu-oshibu has been appointed as the Chief Press Secretary to the Executive Chairman of Boki Local Government Area (LGA), Hon. Eti-Eka (Mrs). Beatrice Etta Nyiam.
