SuperSport channels on DSTV and GOtv have made an exciting update regarding the coverage of the African Cup of Nations (AFCON) tournament in Cote d’Ivoire. Starting from Saturday, January 13, 2024, all 52 matches of the tournament will be broadcasted live on their channels.
Previously, there was uncertainty surrounding the live coverage of AFCON on the SuperSport Channel on DSTV. Multichoice, the parent company, had announced last week that they were unable to secure the rights to broadcast the tournament.
Multichoice had initially stated that the AFCON 2023 games would be accessible through their partner broadcast stations on Free to Air (FTA) channels. However, recent information reveals that SuperSport channels will indeed be airing all AFCON matches live.
This development comes as great news for football fans who were concerned about missing out on the tournament. Now, they can enjoy the excitement of AFCON by tuning in to SuperSport channels on DSTV and GOtv.
